What if I'm late?

Gonna be late for your ticket time? It happens.

You'll be fine if you're less than 30 minutes late! Please have your ticket confirmation handy once you do arrive for the swiftest experience. 

More than 30 minutes late? Email our Meow Wolf Guest Experience Team at help@meowwolf.com or call us at (866) 636-9969 between 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time.

You can also reschedule tickets as often as needed up to one hour before your visit through the original ticketing confirmation email. Scroll down to the 'Change your visit Time!' button, and select a new, available date and time.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter Meow Wolf unless capacity allows.
