What services are available for guests who are deaf or are hard of hearing?

We encourage participants who require hearing assistance to contact a Meow Wolf staff member for available accommodations.

All Meow Wolf locations have counter T-coil audio loop systems at our Guest Experience desks, bag check (where applicable), gift shop check out, and cafe counters.

A hearing loop (sometimes called an audio induction loop) is a special type of sound system for use by people with hearing aids. The hearing loop provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by the hearing aid when it is set to 'T' (Telecoil) setting.

Videos in the Meow Wolf app have closed captioning. You can turn captions on / off through the video playback menu.
