What is Meow Wolf's policy on returns and exchanges?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all items purchased in the Meow Wolf Online Shop, as long as the product is still in stock and the order is no more than 30 days old. Exchanges must be for the same product.
Email shop@meowwolf.com to notify us of what product(s) you would like to return/exchange and the reason why.
We will send you a USPS return label so you can send us the item. For returns once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you ASAP.
