All are welcome at Meow Wolf. We offer various supportive services and accessibility options when you visit [Meow Wolf Grapevine's *The Real Unreal*](https://meowwolf.com/visit/grapevine)*.* Our projects are intended for all visitors to enjoy through cross-ability play and exploration. Due to the nature of exploration and nonlinear storytelling, each participant — regardless of ability — will have a different experience in our spaces. To help develop the best experience possible for all our guests, we’ve partnered with accessibility consultants Artful Access and Art Spark Texas, to advise on and increase the accessibility of our exhibitions.  Our exhibition meets ADA standards and is accessible and navigable by crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, or scooters. Please note that while plenty of seating is located throughout the space, Meow Wolf does not have wheelchairs to rent or loan. C**omplimentary wheelchairs are available at the Grapevine Mills mall management office Monday – Friday until 4 p.m. and must be returned by 4:30 p.m.**  If you have additional questions about accessibility, medication, sensory inquiries or other health concerns, please reach out to our [gvhelp@meowwolf.com](mailto:gvhelp@meowwolf.com) ahead of your visit so that we can accommodate you as best as possible! - [Ticketing](https://faq.meowwolf.com/ticketing?hsLang=en#main-content) - [General Ticketing](https://faq.meowwolf.com/ticketing?hsLang=en#general-ticketing) - [Age Restrictions/Family Friendly](https://faq.meowwolf.com/ticketing?hsLang=en#age-restrictions-family-friendly) - [Annual Portal Passes](https://faq.meowwolf.com/ticketing?hsLang=en#annual-portal-passes) - [Promotions](https://faq.meowwolf.com/ticketing?hsLang=en#promotions) - [Plan Ahead Pricing](https://faq.meowwolf.com/ticketing?hsLang=en#plan-ahead-pricing) - [Know Before You Go](https://faq.meowwolf.com/know-before-you-go?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Parking](https://faq.meowwolf.com/know-before-you-go?hsLang=en#parking) - [Payments](https://faq.meowwolf.com/know-before-you-go?hsLang=en#payments) - [Prohibited Items/Code of Conduct](https://faq.meowwolf.com/know-before-you-go?hsLang=en#prohibited-items-code-of-conduct) - [Exhibits](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#main-content) - [The Real Unreal in Grapevine, Texas](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#the-real-unreal-in-grapevine-texas) - [Convergence Station in Denver, Colorado](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#convergence-station-in-denver-colorado) - [Omega Mart in Las Vegas, Nevada](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#omega-mart-in-las-vegas-nevada) - [House of Eternal Return in Santa Fe, New Mexico](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#house-of-eternal-return-in-santa-fe-new-mexico) - [Health and Safety](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#health-and-safety) - [Radio Tave in Houston, Texas](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#radio-tave-in-houston-texas) - [Meow Wolf Los Angeles](https://faq.meowwolf.com/exhibits?hsLang=en#meow-wolf-los-angeles) - [All Things Meow Wolf](https://faq.meowwolf.com/all-things-meow-wolf?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Get in Touch](https://faq.meowwolf.com/all-things-meow-wolf?hsLang=en#get-in-touch) - [Public Benefit](https://faq.meowwolf.com/all-things-meow-wolf?hsLang=en#public-benefit) - [Meow Wolf Mobile App](https://faq.meowwolf.com/all-things-meow-wolf?hsLang=en#meow-wolf-mobile-app) - [Meow Wolf Foundation](https://faq.meowwolf.com/all-things-meow-wolf?hsLang=en#meow-wolf-foundation) - [Virtual Reality](https://faq.meowwolf.com/all-things-meow-wolf?hsLang=en#virtual-reality) - [Accessibility](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Accessible Parking & Entry](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#accessible-parking-entry) - [Wheelchair & Mobility Devices](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#wheelchair-mobility-devices) - [Blind & Low Vision](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#blind-low-vision) - [Deaf & Hard of Hearing](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#deaf-hard-of-hearing) - [Sensory Sensitivity](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#sensory-sensitivity) - [Breastfeeding & Bottlefeeding](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#breastfeeding-bottlefeeding) - [Restroom Accessibility](https://faq.meowwolf.com/accessibility?hsLang=en#restroom-accessibility) - [Concerts & Events](https://faq.meowwolf.com/concerts-events?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Accessibility](https://faq.meowwolf.com/concerts-events?hsLang=en#accessibility) - [Concerts](https://faq.meowwolf.com/concerts-events?hsLang=en#concerts) - [Prohibited Items/Code of Conduct](https://faq.meowwolf.com/concerts-events?hsLang=en#prohibited-items-code-of-conduct) - [Ticketing](https://faq.meowwolf.com/concerts-events?hsLang=en#ticketing) - [Age Restrictions/Family Friendly](https://faq.meowwolf.com/concerts-events?hsLang=en#age-restrictions-family-friendly) - [Private Events](https://faq.meowwolf.com/private-events?hsLang=en) - [General](https://faq.meowwolf.com/general?hsLang=en) - [Shop](https://faq.meowwolf.com/shop?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Experience Tube](https://faq.meowwolf.com/shop?hsLang=en#experience-tube) - [About Shopping Online](https://faq.meowwolf.com/shop?hsLang=en#about-shopping-online) - [Refunds & Exchanges](https://faq.meowwolf.com/shop?hsLang=en#refunds-exchanges) - [Shipping](https://faq.meowwolf.com/shop?hsLang=en#shipping) - [Visit](https://meowwolf.com/visit) - [Events](https://tickets.meowwolf.com/events/) - [Shop](https://shop.meowwolf.com/) - [About](https://meowwolf.com/about) - [Private Events](https://meowwolf.com/private-events) [![Chill listening crop-3](https://faq.meowwolf.com/Meow%20Wolf%20Portal%20of%20FAQs_files/MW_Mark.png "Chill listening crop-3")](https://meowwolf.com/) Copyright © 2025, Meow Wolf, Inc.
