Employees are required to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and to not adversely affect the health and safety of others.
Guest & Employee Health Considerations. The health and safety of our employees and guests is our number one priority.
Employee & Guest Health Concerns. Our employees’ and guests' well-being is paramount. We have updated our policies to make sure employees are encouraged to stay home and/or seek medical treatment if they aren’t feeling well.
Training. Employees have received pre-opening training to ensure they understand and feel confident managing the physical aspects of their roles.
Sick Leave. Policies have been reviewed and updated to make sure employees are not inadvertently encouraged to come to work when they aren’t feeling well.
Hand Washing. All employees have been instructed to wash their hands and/or use sanitizer after any of the following activities: using the restroom, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, smoking, eating, drinking, returning from break, and before or after starting a shift.
Cleaning Products and Protocols. Meow Wolf uses cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA’s criteria for use against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. We work with our vendors, distribution partners, and suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of these cleaning supplies and the necessary PPE.
Exhibition Spaces. Hand sanitizer will be available.
