This includes our box offices, gift shops, cafes, and online ticketing system. It does not include food trucks, vending machines, or third-party resellers.  Q: **How do I check my gift card balance?** A: Visit [this link](http://meow.wf/check-balance) to view the current balance. You can also bring your gift card to any Meow Wolf box office or gift shop, where an employee can check your balance. Q: **Can I reload a card/add to the balance of a gift card I have already purchased?** A: Yes! You can add funds to an existing gift card by visiting a Meow Wolf box office, gift shop, or online by clicking [here](https://shop.meowwolf.com/buy-gift-card/). Q: **Will buying a Meow Wolf gift card for a friend/family member make me the coolest person in the friend or family group?** A: Definitely, yes. Q: **Can I buy a physical gift card online?** A: No, but you *can* buy a physical gift card at any Meow Wolf location. You can also buy a digital gift card online.
