For the health and safety of our guests and staff, we have a “no pets” policy, which applies to:
- Pets
- Emotional Support Animals
- Comfort Animals
- Therapy Animals
Service animals that are trained and certified to assist an individual with a disability, in accordance with the ADA guidelines, are permitted inside Meow Wolf Grapevine:
- Service animals are individually trained to perform work or tasks for people with disabilities.
- Service animals are required to be leashed or harnessed except when performing work or tasks where such tethering would interfere with the dog’s ability to perform the work or tasks.
- The Department of Justice has stated that emotional support animals are NOT protected as service animals under ADA regulations.
- If a particular service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if it is not housebroken, that animal may be asked to leave the building.
Should you arrive at Meow Wolf with a pet that is not a Certified Working Service Animal, you will be asked to visit us at another time. For the safety of all animals, we do not allow animals to be kept in any car on the premises, nor left unattended at our premises, at any time.
