Why isn’t my merch discount working?
Some items, such as sale items, are not eligible for coupons or discounts.
Meow Wolf Portal Pass holders are also not eligible for discounts on sale items.
Because charitable contributions are made from the sale, certain Meow Wolf products are excluded from all promotions and discounts, including Portal Pass discounts.
Consignment and limited-edition products are also ineligible for discounts.
