Yes, you can reschedule your tickets yourself as many times as needed. General Admission tickets can be rescheduled up to one hour before your visit; Anytime tickets can be rescheduled up to the end of your scheduled day. Tickets for live shows or special events cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

How do I reschedule a General Admission ticket?

You can reschedule a General Admission ticket up to one hour before your visit, as many times as you like. To do so:

  1. Locate the original confirmation email you received when you purchased your tickets.
  2. Scroll down to the Change Your Visit Time! button and click it.
  3. Select a new, available date and time.

How do I reschedule an Anytime ticket?

You can reschedule an Anytime ticket as many times as you like, as long as it is done before the end of your scheduled day. To do so:

  1. Locate your ticketing confirmation email.
  2. Select the Change Your Visit button.
  3. Choose a new available time.
