If I order stuff online, what's the shipping situation? 

It depends on the item(s) you are purchasing, but shipping costs are calculated using national rates according to the weight and dimensions of your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed. It can then take 7-10 business days for the package to reach you, but it's worth the wait!

Meow Wolf does not offer overnight shipping at this time.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with the USPS tracking number at the email address you provided at checkout. 

Some minor item orders, such as single stickers, postcards, and patches, are shipped domestically via USPS Letter mail and will not have tracking information.

Check your spam folder if you have not yet received a shipping update email. If it’s not there, it’s possible that an incorrect email address was provided to us. In this case, please email shop@meowwolf.com.
